Requirements:

 

All applicants are required to:
·        Complete an Enrollment Application         
·        Provide a Medical
·        Provide a copy of a valid Drivers Licence
·        Provide a Written Test from the MTO Examiners office
·        Applicants must provide a Current Drivers Abstract, clear of any serious violations

 PROCEDURES

    Please contact us at Rodgers School and allow staff members to explain the training programs and graduation requirements. We will provide you with information about the professional trucking industry, job placement assistance and statistics, the cost of training and the financing options that are available to you.  Rodgers School can help you in making informed training and career choices in light of your aptitudes and interests.

    Payment plans: 

    We’re proud of the individual accommodations we’ve worked out with people in so many situations and we will be glad to see if we can work one out for you.  There is a wide array of options available to you. 

    Upgrade and Refresh for a full year!! 

    For a full year after graduation, come and upgrade any course you’ve taken, any time and as often as you wish! 

     PRE-ENROLMENT REQUIREMENTS

    1. Must hold a Valid Ontario Class “G” Driver’s Licence.
    2. Must be eighteen (18) years of age, twenty-one (21) years of age to enter USA.
    3. Must have successfully completed the MTO’s Ontario Driver’s Medical Report, Vision Standards Test, and Written Test.
    4. Having completed the above requirements the DRIVE TEST will issue you your permit.  

      ENROLMENT 
    1. When you have completed the Pre-Enrolment requirements, you are now ready to Enroll at Rodgers School for your Training.
    2. The TRAINING CONTRACT will be completed and signed by you and a School Representative.  You will be given a copy of the TRAINING CONTRACT.
    3. Your deposit will be taken at this time and a receipt given to you.
    4. Staff at Rodgers will assist you to complete the necessary documents. (i.e. Return to Work Action Plan)  If you are being funded or partially funded through Human Resources, Social Services, Vocational Rehab Services or Worker’s Compensation Board a Confirmation Form from whichever agency will be added to your file.  Receipts will be issued for all payments received for your course.
    5. We at Rodgers will try our very best to work with your personal schedule for classroom study, day courses and driving time; however, road tests are only done through Drive Test (the MTO) and must fit their schedule.  No exceptions will be made from the MTO other than rescheduling a road test to another day with accepted notice from us.
    6. We at Rodgers would like to welcome you to our School and if you have any questions or concerns at any time during your course, please bring them to us.
